Mobile access

For mobile access download ALTA ACCESS from your devices Appstore. You will receive an invitation email for access. After you set up your device you will have additional functionality such a remote access. This allows you to open the door remotely to allow visitors and deliveries in as well as to tap our phone for building access. Do not share your email invite with others all tenants. Each tenant will receive a separate invite. Remember to set your permissions to “allow all”

Replacement of lost or damaged FOB’s.

Too replace a lost or damaged fob you need to come to the Front Desk of the Fernie Fox. Bring valid ID.

Fee for replacing lost or damaged fob is $25.00.

Access terms

• Only those listed on the lease agreement will be provided FOB / mobile access.
• Do not allow other to use you access fob or mobile access.
• Do not duplicate or alter fobs in any way.
• All lock events are logged for security proposes.
• Lost FOBs must be reported right away. Report by using the tenant portal.
