  • Modern controlled-entry system that tracks and monitors building entry activity
  • Modern fire detection system throughout the property
  • Fire extinguishers and fire blankets in every unit
  • Annual fire drill and fire-safety inspection
  • CCTV cameras in the parking lot and common areas, including entryways and laundry rooms
  • Secure common-area access
  • Regular maintenance checks of building systems and common areas
  • Snow and ice management during winter months
