3. Move-Out Responsibilities (Must Be Completed Before Move-Out)

The tenant acknowledges and confirms responsibility for the following requirements prior to the roommate’s move-out:

Room Cleaning

The roommate’s bedroom must be cleaned to a high standard, including floors, surfaces, closets, windows, and removal of all garbage and personal items.

Tenant Inspection

It is the responsibility of the tenant/business owner to inspect the room after cleaning to ensure it meets Evergreen Apartments standards.

Return of Access Items

All key fobs, keys, and parking passes issued to the roommate must be returned.

Removal of Belongings

All belongings of the roommate must be fully removed from:

The apartment
Any storage areas
Bike storage / bike racks

No Items Left Behind

No personal items belonging to the roommate may remain on the property.

4. Access Termination & Building Rules (Important Notice)

Upon move-out

The roommate listed on this form will no longer have access to:
- Tenant portals
- Key fobs
- Parking passes
All access credentials will be cancelled immediately.
The roommate is no longer permitted in the Evergreen Apartments buildings without explicit written consent from:
- Peacock Hospitality, or
- Another authorized tenant currently residing in the building.

Unauthorized access may result in further action.
