Vehicle Information

Parking is as privilege offered to the tenants of the Evergreen apartments. The parking lot is small and things can get congested at times. Please use common sense and have respect for others when parking. Choose the appropriate spot that fits the size of your vehicle

Rules and Regulations

• All vehicles must be registered and insured.
• The parking lot is not the place to repair your vehicle.
• Park with due care and attention, don’t block others in.
• Do not block the fire lane.
• Do not block doors
• When we announce snow removal vehicles must be removed from parking lot.
• Do not enter parking lot if snow removal is under way.
• No trailers allowed
• Use the tenant parking not the visitor parking
• Speed limit 10km

If there are any issues in the parking lot please report them via the tenant portal.
